An overall wonderful page of resources. I am a huge fan of the work of Weston A Price and the foundation named after him. Link into some real research and some profound thoughts by people interpreting the research through the lens of pre-industrial, accumulated wisdom. A great place to spend an hour--and much more mind-invigorating than the same hour spent with mind-melting entertainment:)

I've been ranting about the myths and deception surrounding the Omega-3/Omega-6 fatty acid ratios for ages, but haven't seen a good clear explanation in one readable article until now. This is a great piece on why eating more Omega-3s alone can NEVER make difference. Cutting Omega-6 intake simultaneously is the only physically possible way to bring this vital ratio back into balance. I'm liking this writer--and it turns out he hails from the same Integrative Medical College I attended in Berkeley. Small world!
